New The Pit.com Blog
I"ve just created this in hopes we can recreate what we had a while ago on thepit.com when we had our own message board on the site. We had a good number of regulars that posted almost daily, and had loads of good advice on cards, prospects, IPO's, etc. Please feel free to visit often and post your thoughts on thepit.com, new IPO's, prospects, investing tips, etc. If anyone has any thought or suggestions on how I can improve this blog, please write a comment and let me know. Will Smith has an interception in the first game...like to see a pick do okay...even if it doesn't turn into profit
ReplyDeleteI hope Kurt Warner is okay as well....let's see what the second half brings...looks like the Drew Brees Finest 10 is stuck on the Pit right now. Unfortunate
ReplyDeleteWill Smith had a nice game, but it didn't matter much on The Pit. Warnee stuff has been a lot higher since his his last Super Bowl appearance, and Brees's 2001 Finest PSA 10 was dirt cheap coming into the season, then once they started winning, it shot up, I missed out on that one.
ReplyDeleteI got lucky today and a few of my buy orders went through. Bought some 1999 Topps Chrome Alfonso Soriano PSA 9 for a 52 week low of $1.50 apiece, a few 2007 Topps Chrome Deolis Guerra for $.40 apiece, and a few other random tidbits.
ReplyDeleteAnyone have an idea why the Pit has removed all message boards? I emailed asking whether the boards were down and got a response saying they'd taken them down. Reason to worry?
